Nobody can investigate ISI apart from ISI itself which it will. Standard practice all over the world for intelligence agencies. But don't get excited it won't be made public.

What kind of proof do you need or believe? Do you want me to produce top-secret letters that ISI writes to other LEAs (like Police, CTD etc)? I don't have access to that. You don't have either. Ministers have access to these letters. CTD and Police Chiefs have access to these letters. So, when a minister tells that ISI gave intelligence tip for Sahiwal carnage, this constitute a proof. In any country, this is a proof for common citizens. If minister is defaming ISI, then sack him immediately.

You can't kill a terror-suspect either. Only exception is self-defense. Capture him and trial him in military court if u don't have faith in ATC.
