Justice Essa case- the document was submitted at the end of last hearing which showed the property in London is owned by Essa, Essa admitted his family owning the property, thus the burden of proof is on him to show how they got the property, just like how the burden of proof was on Nawaz Sherief to prove money trail for the property in London. Justice Essa case has nothing to do with blackmailing PPP,

I will counter that with Qaide Azam had moral authority and was not corrupt so GHQ listened to him and did what they were told. The politicians are supposed to look out for the people and not be corrupt by the constitution but then Politicians started looting GHQ had the right to step in and they did and the cycle continued till now.
