Look at the sequence of events.....
As soon as Khawaja Harris saying (or he was made to say Yes, he will continue with the case) Begum sahiba's condition is OK'ed (stable) by doctors.... ????
We saw that news of "Good news on Kulsoom's health... as her Aza E Raisa.... working fine....", which rarely happens once patient is in vegetation state and on ventilator.... if any other patient goes to ventilator and comes out of coma that it is not un-usual... but a chemo patient... with thromboses in her lungs who was out for at least half hour... come-on nobody is that stupid.....

Before that Ganja and Ferrari were in the flight to UK to spend EID in UK as usual … all of sudden there is an Heart Attack Episode...…. during the last 3/4 months of their election campaign and panama case trial … Begum Sahiba was in stable condition and even nothing in the news about her condition........ when they need they can add Kulsoom's condidtion card as they pleased to do so to facilitate their drama.....

So their plans are changing by the minute.... and so is condition of Begum Sahiba……..

this family has no shame or any Khauf of Azzab E Elahee……….
I must say their END will be so Horrible that everyone will be saying Astakhfar at the end...……

Yes I agree with you...,.. and this family is still not announcing it... as Arif Nizami said NS will use death of his wife to his political advantage...
