Major's act must be reprimanded. However, this kid looks to be a complete 'BULLY'...Sorry to his parents, but I have been working with kids and write on child psychology. As per my observation of this kid, he would surely be in a habit of smashing around other kids.

Such kids usually lack proper training from parents as they are brought up either in the hands of housemaids or a careless mother who pays no attention to the ethical grooming of her kids. Secondly, such kids also get a backup from their parents on such clashes with other kids.

I'm surprised at the school-perfect spectators!! Shame on them pity pools aka city schools..
