تمام تعیشات قسم کی امپورٹس پر پابندی ہونی چاہئے۔ پیٹرول گاڑیوں کے لئے منگوانا اتنا مسئلہ نہیں ہے۔ مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ نورا گروپ بجلی پیدا کرنے کے بہانے بڑے بڑے جنریٹر لگا گیا ہے جو پیٹرول پر چلتے ہیں۔ اصلی پیٹرول کا بل وہ بڑھا دیتے ہیں۔​
