Who the heck would get jealous of an advertisement? I have no problem with the ad, I am talking about the complete hypocrisy of PTI trolls who were abusing SS and NS on the same thing. Whats haram for PMLN has overnight become halal for PTI?

Where are the condemnations of using public money for self promotion? Wasting money on showbaz projects? All official advertisements are made by dept. of information which is under PTI not JI.

In general, being PTI supporter, I am not so excited about these projects. Security, health and education come first and that too in whole province and not just peshawar. I'll be satisfied if similar development is done in rest of KPK unlike what nooners did in Punjab.

Besides metro bus, laptops etc were indeed showbaazi right at the end of tenure to get votes. Here we ha KPK gov doing all these projects right from the beginning and other provinces will be force to follow the suit. So for nothing positive came out of punjab and national govs in comparison to KPK.

As I recall there was too much crying when Punjab Govt went for Metro project with PTI members abusing SS for not doing enough for education and health. Now whats the verdict? Has PTI improved healthcare and education so much in its two month rule that they are going for a mega project which you lot were abusing? Whpo is the showbaz now [hilar]

(Though great project and need of time for Peshawar - best of luck to Peshawarites)

Ofcourse any sane person understands that these projects are necessary specifically for a city like Lahore (or Karachi) where roads simply can't handle the excessive traffic.

Its a very silly argument that since PMLN made those projects at the end of their tenure they are showbaz and because PTI is undertaking similar projects in start of their tenure they are OK. It shows complete hypocrisy on part of PTI and PTI supporters here.

(Plus here is the real competition of efficiency and administration. SS completed the project in record time, we will see how long PTI takes)

KPK is also producing more stolen cars than it sneed, more smuggled goods than the whole country's needs and more electricity and gas thefts than the whole world's need..... oo greebo

World bank has shown interest in the porject. Whereas IK stance of Jangla bus was that it is not the need of hour to make jangla bus from TAX payer money instead use TAX payer money on people education and health. It is smart move by PTI that they are not spending govenment money right now on such project and for your information PTI has already start working on education and Health. They have almost completed the process to run hospital under board of governers with no government influence just like SKMH model and raising standard of government school from next session which mean the syllabus would be english mediam just like a good school have and it will be gradual which will give fruit after 10 years as only KG and class 1 will be converted to english mediam as they have to train teachers as well.

For u in record time if u had any experince of project management u would have known unnecessory eagerness lead to higher cost.

It was waste of money if health and education sector is far below the acceptable level. Especially if the focus of such projects was only on Lahore while rest of province is far behind. It was clearly a stunt to get voters just like laptop scheme and all these projects were started after the rise of PTI.

Also building in record time is not an achievement if the long term planning is missing. Also quick projects open the doors for corruption and leading to fast decay of the structure.

As I said personally for me these projects are not on priority list but if these were the only things KPK was doing then I would be the first one to blame them of copycat. In parallel, policies, laws, health, education etc is being worked on.

All the major development projects are not going to be funded by KPK gov itself. They have setup websites and published advertisements to invite non gov investments. The website given in the ad in OP gives you lot of details about other projects that are planned and are funded privately.

har chiz per aek sath tawaja di jae toh its a good step. Not like punjab who has the highest budget yet they made only 3 to 4 projects like, Metro bus, Taxi scheme, Danish school, Laptop scheme, and ujala scheme.

Yeh baat aap sai opar walai jaaahil ko kabhi samajh nahin aaa gi!! Jaahil na hota tu yeh herkatain kerta? Mass transit ke matlab agar province ka sara fund laga daina hai tu nahin chaiyai, agar education or health keh baad third priority hai, tu sab sai achi baat hai!!
