This story (conspiracy theory) is really interesting since initially till 2005 there were lot of conspiracy stories that NATO knowingly let all Taliban including OBL to safely escape to Pakistan. Now because Pakistan Army is sincerely fighting Taliban (good one ?), NATO now want to safely repatriate them back into Afghanistan.
