If a man denies the clear commandments of Allah what does he become?
Since man can null & void nikkah by goin through a procedure of Talaq.
Can the lady too say Talaq and follow an Idat of 3 months and afterwards will be treated as null & void?

According to the Quran, yes.

Some thing new to me at least.
"Can the lady too say Talaq"..............According to Quran, yes.
Brother, would you please quote that Ayat where Quran said that a lady can also say Talaq and end of the relationship / contract.

Bother read surah Talaq.
Some very important laws for divorce are propounded in this Surah in addition
to 2:228-234, 4:3, 4:19, 4:35, 4:128, 33:49, 58:1 65:1-4. According to the Quran, there is absolutely no
room for an instant divorce. The process must take months in order to allow reconsideration on the part
of the husband and wife. It is highly unfortunate and shameful that Muslim jurists have been ignoring and
practically revoking these clear verses of the Book of God for centuries, in favor of their own conjecture.

According to their erroneous edicts if a husband utters the word Divorce three times in anger or under
any kind of duress or even in a stage drama or movie, divorce takes effect instantly. What a mockery
of the Quran! It is interesting to note that the so called Fuqaha (Jurists and Mullahs) who otherwise
uphold Hadith in preference to the Word of God, conveniently disregard even their treasure whenever
it suits their purpose. They even abrogate the Quranic verses against Hadith!

In this instance, there is a Hadith in Ibn Majah. The exalted Prophet is reported to have said, “La talaqa fil Ighlaq” = There is
absolutely no divorce under any kind of duress, coercion, suddenness, anger etc. This Hadith which is in
total harmony with the Quran remains obscure to the Ulama. Incidentally, there is another beautiful
Hadith that strikes a chord with 65:2. The exalted Prophet is reported to have said: O People! Just this
verse of the Quran should suffice you: Anyone who is mindful of God (His commands), He will grant a
way out for him (from difficult situations).

Mirza sahib , dont tell Bhabhi that she has right of divorce....but actually woman has it...;)

At the time of nikah, the woman can get the right to divorce the man later on..unfortunately, many molvis dont tell the woman that they have this right and if they do, parents are like "oh molvi saheb, aisi batein mut karo, abhi toh shadi bhi nahin hoi, talaq ka naam kyun latay ho"..

I am reading the forum in reverse order so quoted Mirza sab first

My question is same , Is value/weight of Khula equivalent to talaq ?

Your understanding

Thanks in advance

Yar read that from some where ..... I am not authority or Alim or any lawyer......

And please do not pen the previous issues... we have lots to do for new ....

As I think In Islam Woman has the right to disengage her self from her husband at any reason.

Only the name is different ... Men gives Talaq , women got Khullah. but the purpose is separation ....

Man gives talaq in tree stages , but Khullah is confirmed by a jury in one sitting , still they give time to settle down the issue , if possible.

After Khullah , if woman wants , she wants to do go for Nikah with the same man , she could do it , but after Tallaq confirmation , it is impossible...

All these things are according to the psychology of man and woman Allah Tala made.....thats why it is called natural way of life. ...Deen.

because woman never wants the separation , until she is really upset , so she will never goes back and do same nikah again.

But men usually give Tallaq in anger , so they cant go back.

Thanks again :

So after full talaq , you cannot go back & nikkah to same girl until she get married to someone else & talaq & again come back to you

BUT :

In khula , you can come back to earlier state with Nikkah with same girl ( girl no need to marry another guy & get talaq )

http://www.ma-law.org.pk/pdf/Law of Divorce in Pakistan (Article).pdf

A wife can dissolve her marriage unilaterally only if the right of divorce has been unconditionally delegated to her by the husband in the marriage contract or the nikahnama. If such right of divorce is not delegated then in such circumstances wife can dissolve her marriage by apply for Khula from the Family Courts of Law, which is also known as dissolution of marriage by way of judicial divorce.

Therefore if the wife is not delegated the right of Divorce in her nikahnama then she would need to apply for Khula. Khula, which literally means ‘untying the knot’, is the dissolution of marriage initiated by the wife
and is granted by the court. To apply for Khula the wife would need to file a suit for Khula in the Family Court under the West Pakistan Family Courts Ordinance, on the grounds that she feels she can no long live with her
husband “within the limits prescribed by Allah’ and such a statement on oath made in her suit would be sufficient to establish her case for Khula.
