اس میں کوئی شق نہیں آئین پاکستان عوام کا حقوق کا بھرپور تعین کرتا ہے ،لیکن انکے ساتھ ساتھ ان فرائض کے پورا کرنے کا تقاضا بھی جو ایک شہری پر لاگو ہیں ،آئین کا آرٹیکل پانچ عوام کو پاکستان کہ قانون اور آئین کا پابند بناتا ہے

5	Loyalty to State and obedience to Constitution and law. (1) Loyalty to the State is the basic duty of every citizen. (2) Obedience to the Constitution and law is the obligation of every citizen wherever he may be and of every other person for the time being within Pakistan.

لہٰذا اپنے حقوق کے ساتھ ساتھ فرائض پر بھی نظر رکھیے
