Who and why poor people vote them I have told you that they have been kept poor and unaware. Feudals are little in number but their influence more in their Mazaraz and Haries, they have to vote them and I have mentioned our 65 % peoples live in village.
Bhai i have already clarified this point, 65 percent votes for corrupt ...to call them stupid would be insulting , they know who they vote for and why they vote. You can do ur own research on this point, to call some one stupid just because they dont have a piece of paper from a university is highly ignorant.
You mentioned all the departments but u didn't mention Parliment, which gives them absolute Power and with this power, they do decisions of their own well & wish.

The whole army could not stand up to musharaf and other military dicktators. Akbar bugti stood up against the whole state, ZA Bhutto stood up against the whole state, Cheif justice stood up against the whole state. You obviously have very little knowledge about how out institutions like PIA and steel mills work. Do you really don't know that there are no feudals in Army or other civillian oraganisations? They are definetly there but on key posts, they are not Sepahi in Army or Police, or line man in WAPDA etc.

You know our Feudals Class don't study Science they would study Politics, Law, History, IR etc. Why they are taking these subjects?

But I think our discussion is going in wrong direction. My points of view in above posts were that our policy makers were/ are not among us, they are the creatures of different world. In that world they dont know how poeple live just above and below poeverty line? Even they don't care.

If our pioneer leaders would make a strong basic infra structure of True Democracy , our constitution etc. , we wouldn't have Tragidy of 1971 and Marshal Laws. But again who were our Pioneer Politicians............ The Feudals Lords i.e. Nawabs, Chuhdries, Wadairas, Khanzaday, Sahib Zadays, Sardars etc . Such prefixes in their names you often encounter with.
Her chaudry isnt a feudal , majority arnt , Her khan zada is not a feudal , majority are not. Wadaira aur sardar bohat kaam hain as there are only a few in each tribe. Punjab mein punchait hoti hai and that has an elder from each family. Atleast thats how it works in the kashmiri biradari or whatever that shit is called.Khans have jirga of elders like the panchait in punjab, baloch and sindhis have waderas and saradars and i have no clue how that stuff works but i know this much that they are not so powerful without support from civil officers.
They have made the dull policies (& policies which suite them) and we are suffering till this date in the form of Low Leteracy rate, high poverty, Terrorism, floods etc.
