آپ لوگوں کا انصاف یہ ہے کہ کبھی اپنا حساب نہیں دیتے

I think you didnt think much before saying this, the reasons are very simple and valid otherwise PTI would file petitions against all these criminals.
1. Altaf Marasi is not in Pakistan so no case can proceed against him.
2. Courts can do nothing if FIA and NAB are owned by Zardari and Co. and follow Zardari's orders. What happened to all other corruption cases including Sharif brothers cases, they were never even opened thanks to Zardari-Sharif deal.

Courts give verdicts on evidence presented by investigators, investigators are servants of Zardari and Co. So what evidence will be presented?

If crime is happened in Pakisatan or committed by Pakistani then it can be heard in Pakistani court.

If I accept your logic then why cases can be brought against Musharraf. Have you ever heard of sentenced in abscentia?

A case under UK criminal law is never ever withdrawn, so until the Pakistani authorities in theory provide them with evidence and they meet the witnesses with cooperation of the Pakistani authorities, it will remain open

If I accept your logic then why cases can be brought against Musharraf. Have you ever heard of sentenced in abscentia?

It can happen in most legal systems where people are sentenced because they refuse to go to Court or are not available to go to Court.

The Ex ruler of Tunisia Bin Ali has been sentenced to life imprisonment in absentia !!

It is very much possible under UK law but I do not know enough about Pak Law to say if it is possible there

If you listen to the comments of the lawyers at the time, it was pretty clear that they felt they could do something. These are British Lawyers with decades of experience. Sadly soon after, it dawned on everyone that no matter what anyone says or does or provides evidence of the British Government gave Altaf Hussain Money and a Brit Passport for a reason.

There maybe other options which need to be looked at

The only way to get this into Court is by way of a private prosecution,
or an application to the High Court for an order compelling the Police to investigate,
or to ask the Court to shut down MQM in the UK for being a bunch of terrorists

بلکہ عمران خان خود کراچی میں نائن زیرو پر پہنچا ہوا تھا (اس وقت الطاف حسین پر تمام جھوٹے مقدمات موجود تھے)، مگر اُس وقت عمران خان آخر میں لمبی چوڑی تقریر کرتا ہے اور الطاف حسین کو انقلابی لیڈر قرار دیتے ہوئے لمبے چوڑے گُن گاتا ہے۔

اور پھر کچھ سالوں بعد یہ لندن کی عدالت کا سٹنٹ کر کے عمران خان نائن زیرو وزٹ کا انکار کر دیتا ہے۔

آپ لوگ اپنی نفرتوں میں اندھے ہو چکے ہیں۔

عمران خان کو یہ ناانصافی نظر نہیں آئی اور وہ انہی شعیب سڈل اور نصیر اللہ بابر اور حقیقی کو اپنی گود میں بٹھا کر ان سے پیار و محبت کی پینگیں لڑا رہا تھا اور ان سے گلے مل رہا تھا۔

Warrants for Musharraf's arrest have been issued, but no one will bring him back to Pakistan so nothing will happen. Secondly, Musharraf's case is different because there is no investigation needed to prove he is a criminal under Article 6, but in Altaf's case it must be proven that he ordered murders/extortion while in exile, evidence is needed and this evidence will only be gathered by police / FIA which is under Zardari's control. I dont know what's so hard to understand here, just look at how Monis Ilahi got away, how Gilani's sons still evade justice, how Sharif's cases are closed, its all thanks to dependent FIA and NAB.
