PMLN heavy mandate proves fake as it decides to hold Non Party base Local body election

PMLN decides to hold Non party Local body elections. Where is the heavy mandate now ? what happened to it in two months time ?
IF the mandate is genuine why shy away from Party basis local body elections.
Why Chief justice take No Suo Moto on this ?
THe fake mandate of PMLN is exposed before every one. the only reason is they know PTI will give them tough time.:)
