Yup. Imran Khan's ONLY good quality is that he is apparently not corrupt. That's about it. Otherwise he is pretty much just as incompetent as any of the others. Bekar ki hope.

Isn't it ironic that you are asking him to not repeat the mistakes of the past and then making the same mistake of hoping that IK will mend his ways and will smarten up.

He does the same things over and over and over again and expects different results.

Just admit it that his only qualities are that he is sincere and not financially corrupt. But when it comes to politics and knowing when to seize the opportunity when it presents itself he is the ultimate stupid!

We share our observations based on what we see and that is a tiny portion of what goes on in the background.

By his own admission he is not a good judge or people in general and their character in particular.

Of course hindsight is 20/20 but whats obvious is that he had made some glaring mistakes. The only reason that can explain those
mistakes is his political naivete. There is nothing that he has done that could be described as political masterclass. Others thrive during crises and give their best but in his case what we have see is that even when the situation was ripe for him to make the most of it he simply squandered the opportunity. Then we see him with shady characters like Sh. Rashid and Qadri.

The mistakes with Hashmi and (one yet to materialize is Shah M. Qureshi) Wajih and Tasnim Noorani and others. With debacles like the candidate staging a disappearing act a la Houdini on the even of elections tells us that he is not a politician, certainly not a good politician for Pakistan.
I can't pinpoint but even with his sincerity and incorruptible nature he has shown that on the political front he is not a good leader of men or a good administrator or knows how or when or who to delegate to.

Will not be that critical of him.

He may not have the capacity to judge people's character or an expert in power politics, however, one cannot take away the credit from him as a good administrator and a visionary leader (albiet, not a good politician).

It is not an easy task to build a democratic party in this country from ground up without the backing of power brokers in this country. Those who tried in the past are no where to be found.

He has proven his administrative and institution building skills in the cricketing ground, SKMH, Namal College and now creating a legacy and an impeccable resume in KP!!!
