the decision wud have been with the army and ISI; and no party wud have been allowed to play politics. Raymond davis issue is faar aqay from politicians now; its with ISI and army. Its not about killing of those two innocent persons( as who they are we still dont know). Its a bigger thing. I predicted teh day media was reluctant to give the details of the two killed and army/ISI got involved that those two were ISI agents following Davis.

u r very right in saying agencies use covert tactics like filming ppl with prostitutes and then black male them.... ive read news that ramday and javed iqbal vdos , iftikhar chadhrys daughter with her boyfirend vdo is with ISI .... still this is unconfirmed news... but teh way judges are sooo keen on keeping ramday in...
