توشہ خانہ کیس:الیکشن کمیشن نے فوجداری مقدمہ کیلئےریفرنس ٹرائل کورٹ بھیج دیا

الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان نےعمران خان کے خلاف توشہ خانہ ریفرنس ٹرائل کورٹ کو بھجوادیا ہے۔

خبررساں ادارے کی رپورٹ کےمطابق سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کے خلاف فوجداری مقدمہ درج کرنے کیلئے توشہ خانہ ریفرنس ڈسٹرکٹ اینڈ سیشن جج کو بھجوادیا گیا ہے، ریفرنس الیکشن کمیشن ایکٹ کے سیکشن137،167 اور 170 کے تحت بھجوایا گیا ہے۔

الیکشن کمیشن نے ٹرائل کورٹ کو ریفرنس بھجواتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ ٹرائل کورٹ عمران خان کے خلاف کرپٹ پریکٹس کا ٹرائل کرے۔

واضح رہے کہ گزشتہ ماہ الیکشن کمیشن نے توشہ خانہ ریفرنس کا فیصلہ سناتےہوئے سابق وزیراعظم اور چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی عمران خان کو نااہل قرار دیتےہوئے ان کے خلاف فوجداری کے تحت کارروائی کرنے کاحکم بھی دیا تھا۔

الیکشن کمیشن نے اپنےفیصلے میں کہا کہ عمران خان کرپٹ پریکٹس میں ملوث رہے ہیں، انہیں جھوٹا بیان جمع کروانے پر آرٹیکل 63ون پی کے تحت انہیں نااہل قرار دیا ، عمرا ن خان کو مس ڈکلیریشن کا مرتکب قرار دیتے ہوئے الیکشن کمیشن کا کہنا تھا کہ عمران خان نے جان بوجھ کر غلط گوشوارے جمع کروائےاور ملنے والے تحائف گوشواروں میں ظاہر نہیں کیے نا ہی 2018-19 میں تحائف کی فروخت سےحاصل کردہ رقم بھی گوشواروں میں ظاہر نہیں کی۔

Like every stupidity committed by the ganjistani's since 2016 this will again backfire bigtime in their faces when records of how much they stole from the treasury at minimal or even no cost at all will be made to the public at large.

And since we are on the subject lets audit what all bijju bawla & Co received on his overseas tours and what is the overall value of them and what he did with those gifts in his 6 year tenure, longer than any Pakistani PM. Why don't they have to deposit them in the treasury or if they have their own laws regarding this and were they followed

We have no issues on audits and trials because no one is above the law, but it should be for everyone not just a few selected individuals.

I'm talking if the court accepts the reference and starts a criminal trial. If it was lohar court then that would 1000% happen. Dunno about Isb court specially with chief justice.

Anyways like I said with everything Pmlun this will also backfire massively like it has been doing till date since 2016

They don’t care. Courts have overruled 9 decisions of election commission it took against Imran Khan. Election commission has no Ghairat because of being a Patwari Haramkhor blood
