but i Know If Paypal is Allowed Millions of us would get online jobs and businesses

What is stopping you from doing online jobs? There are other alternatives to paypal. You can use Moneybookers (now Skrill), Payoneer or simply wire transfer (after the issuance of International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) from State Bank of Pakistan (things are greatly synchronized).

Long time back i worked as apple developer and money was transferred directly to my pak rupee account . There is nothing stopping you from doing work online , instead of blaming paypal and posting bad comments about country , why not polish your code, if a guy in sudan with limited resources as yours can make an app or software for some dedicated hardware than why not you.....Hardwork and creativity , i was ditched first time online by guy not paying me , but then paid twice as much on second attempt ............. good luck and happy coding always think out of box

I don't know the reason. But as i do Internet Marketing business abroad, i know having paypal can open whole new world of opportunities and work for Pakistanis. As for my first hand experience 90% of customers prefer to work with paypal and prfer to switch to next outsourcer if paypal not available.

Paypal is like facebook for online payment world, sure there can be alternates but like facebook it's matter of getting used to and customers are not going to switch for us.

i have online business. and i can tell you if you had paypal in pakistan. only this would have had changed the lives of millions of people.
you would have been able to sell on ebay.
ebay provides full times job to many in these developed countries.
if pk govt somehow brings paypal in pakistan. it would change lives

To be honest our banking system is still orthodox, we dont have online banking structure, because of our banks unwillingness to upgrade their system, would you believe that uptill now most of the banks are uploading their daily transaction report via FTP on txt files, even with presence on Oracle financial system on their main station. Also according to the fresh report only around 8% of the PAkistani population have bank account , so the market itself is unexplored.

Paypal wants Pakistan to amend banking laws to favour/protect online banking in accordance with International online banking laws but Big banking players in Pak like MCB etc won't let this happen because it will reduce their business.

i had just enough of non related answers in every other thread ...
i have worked for a US company for 7 years b4 i started my own business so I do know how important paypal is ..

paypal is not here because of credibility issues .. it is not here because of weak banking and civil laws which doesnt provide protection against frauds ..
i, for one, doesnt believe that IK or NS is going to change that in any case ...
