Pakistan's ISI intelligence agency 'supports' Taliban

A new report claims to provide the most concrete evidence yet of direct links between Pakistan's ISI intelligence agency and the Taliban in Afghanistan.
The report says the ISI is providing funding, training and sanctuary to the Taliban on a scale much larger than previously thought.
The document was prepared by the London School of Economics (LSE).
A spokesman for Pakistan's military rejected the claims as part of a malicious campaign against the country.
'Rubbish'
The report's author spoke to nine Taliban field commanders in Afghanistan earlier this year.
He concludes that Pakistan's relationship with the insturgents runs far deeper than previously realised.
Some of those interviewed suggested that the ISI even attends meetings of the Taliban's supreme council. They claim that by backing the insurgents Pakistan's security service is trying to undermine Indian influence in Afghanistan.
The report concludes that without a significant change in approach by Pakistan, both the Afghan government and international community will find it impossible to end the insurgency in Afghanistan.
The spokesman for Pakistan's military said the claims were "rubbish" and part of a malicious campaign against the country's military and security agencies.

It is obvious that they can't win Afghan war, they are trapped and no matter what technology they use or increase number of troops to even a million, it won't hand them success. It was a big mistake invading Afghanistan but at that time US persuaded west and it's own people that Taliban were the bad guys and they needed to save the world from these lunatics, they did media propaganda and posted news demonizing afghans and taliban. Pakistan kept telling US to consult them and not to invade but US still invaded.

What US didn't realise that they were not fighting arabs/japs they were fighting with afghans who are born warriors, they are ruthless and barbaric and strictly territorial. No one has ever conquered them and I don't see it changing. US can come up with money/strategies to calm them down but they can never beat them or hold them calm for long. They don't like foreigners, simple as that. Pakistan can't afford hostile neighbour and one under the influence of RAW/MOSAD/CIA. Pakistan is suffering with terrorism everyday and every single trace leads back to afghanistan, areas where raw/cia/mosad are training/funding/arming terrorist elements. We have lost thousands or civilians, soilders and billions in trade if ISI is trying to safeguard Pakistan's interests than why UK is b******g about it. May be US/NATO should have listened to repeated Pakistan requests not to invade. US further f****d it up by involving India, India couldn't say no it was a prime chance for them to destabilise Pakistan in the name of reconstruction efforts, now that involving Indian policy have failed US/NATO is looking for a scapegoat to hide their shame.

We are the ones who are suffering every single day, by helping and fighting US we have lost innocent lives, trade, investment and are portrayed as bad in international media. CIA: Carried out the 9/11 job against its own people
CIA: Carried out Bahalwalpur to kill Ziaul Haq in which American ambassador was also killed
CIA: Responsible for Iraq war by providing false information on WMD.
RAW: Killing many innocent people in Pakistan? Its crimes are countless, Bangladesh, Baluchistan, FATA and the list goes on.
Mossad: Klled Hamas leader in Dubai using fake passports of European countries.

These are just a few examples. Open your eyes and see what's happening around you.

His defence minister Liam Fox declared that British troops need not pay with their lives so that girls are educated in a society living with 13th century traditions. Thus the Brits are seeking for scapegoats to pin the blame
for the security collapse and frustration they encounter. An easy solution is dump all blames at islamabad's doors.
