No. 1 he didn't say that they were treated badly rather he said that they thought they were unlucky because they could not go to India he never said that they were treated badly and in the end he said that they are treated very gently by the surrounding people and the govt.

Moreover, do you have any solid proof to your argument that they are not given many posts. Yeah, it is true that they cannot be elected as a PM and President and may be some other high posts in the major state's institution, it's all because of Pakistan is an Islamic Republic. Read this Poll you will find this poll the closest to your line on thinking this poll is by Chatham Hose not an Indian Poll. It will clearly show you that people of both Kashmirs want Independence neither India nor Pakistan.

There are other polls by International polling company that shows 58 percent of AZAD Kashmiris want independence neither India nor Pakistan. Yelling of Mr. Bhutto or the leaders of Huriat means nothing.

1st thing he didn't say that after 1984 people started treating them well rather he meant to say that he considered himself MAZLOOM while he could not make to India because his heart was filled with love to India. Then in 1984 when Darbar was attacked then he realized that he is much better here than being in India. I think you should watch that video again.

and by the way what is discriminatory here, we are Islamic Republic and our constitution has some bounds so why complaining...

I don't agree with @gvnawab , I think his statements are hateful.

Kashmir was an Independent state governed by a king. Pakistan decided to capture it under Jinnah's leadership and failed, Pakistan made another effort in 1965 and failed again. It is Pakistan that is responsible for this mess had they not interfered in Kashmir and left the matter between Kashmaris and the king there would be no issue today.

Now the matter is only between Kashmir and India weather to grant them independence or not and everyone ells should bud out.

Coming back to this thread there is a pro Independent Sikh political party in India led by Simran Jeet Singh man. In the two elections they failed to elect one single candidate and in the last election the did not even run because, they realized it would be just waste of money. All they can do is call rallies in Punjab and gather a crowed of 200 to thousand people and thats about it.
