The properties are in London .They are legally purchased. It is the responsibilty of Pak Government to prove in Biirtish courts that it was purchased using illicit funds. If I were you, I would file a case in Birtish courts to get the possession of the property proving the original of the funds instead of making noises here on the site.
Have they ever challenged the owner of these properties in British? Have they ever filed a lawsuit of the laundered money ? Have they ever proven the origin of the funds which were used to buy the properties ?

It is not pakistan where judges are forced or bought to get the decision in your favour.Try NS in British courts and get him arrested for laundering money of the people of Pakistan if you have any proof.Bring them to the British courts and convict him . Accountability process might be biased but that doesn't mean NS could explain his wealth. He didn't. He was holding highest office at the time of Panama and he should have explained the wealth first and foremost. I'm not saying that others shouldn't explain their wealth. Everyone should. Getting the money back is secondary question. First, do you agree that he couldn't explain the wealth ? If that is settled then we can talk about rest.

So it is not always possible that you can recover looted wealth. If someone hides their wealth somewhere remote and obscure then of course it's not easy to recover.

They can confiscate whatever they have in Pakistan and try to fight in court in UK, but of course that's secondary. The greatest objective would be that people will understand how their leader deceived them and move away from him. So in future they get some better leader.

Again you keep asking same question if I have proof if he laundered the money and I will answer same. He has to prove that it's legit money not we have to prove otherwise.
