Well I don't feel any sympathy for Nawaz/Shahbaz politics, but on this very issue I have sympathy for the poor people of Punjab. Neeyyat Ka haal Khuda Behtar Jaanta hai but if CM is doing it for the poor then what's wrong with it. For his 'Numaish' he will be answerable to God. But the net result is that the hungry and the poor are satisfied. Don't you know how many people starve in today's Pakistan and how many commit suicide to get rid of hunger and poverty? If it is for "Numaish" then please ask Mr. Altaf Hussain to do the same in Karachi.... no one will point a finger. We shall not consider it "numaish" in his case for the best interest of Karachiites.
As far as ego, esteem and qaumi ghairat are concerned, let me tell you all that poverty eliminates these very virtues. George Washington once said, "Patriotism didn't grow on empty stomachs"
