Baby! Shimla agreement is a two-page document that I attached with my post. Show me where it says: Shimla Agreement restricts Pakistan to raise this issue as strongly as before the agreement took place since it asks for the bilateral matters to be resolve bilaterally instead of running to the International Platform ? ? ?

Parhna aata hai tou read the agreement first before opening your mouth about it again. Nowhere it nullifies UN's resolution or stops the two countries to engage UN or any other platform.

Ok! Let me educate you a bit! All it says is this in Clause 2 Para 2:
That the two countries are resolved to settle their differences by peaceful means through bilateral negotiations or by any other peaceful means mutually agreed upon between them.

Second, Simla Agreement is void after Nuclear Bombings, Kargil and Balakot recently. Since they all were a clear violation of Clause 2 Para 5;
That they shall always respect each other’s national unity, territorial integrity, political independence and sovereign equality;

Lastly, Nawaz and Vajpayee signed the Lahore Declaration in 1999 that superseded the Simla Agreement!! So I have no clue why you keep bringing it as any stupid Indian would! ???

If you get time to get out of licking ass of Ghaddaar Sharif, then get in a habit of reading! It hurts to see my countrymen so devoid of Knowledge! And don't worry about how I spend my time. If we can fix our society, give importance to education, science & technology. And if the case is so weak since none of the conditions could be fulfill, then why always cry to the UN ,if UN can't implement it .
