Pathetic Customer Service by Zong

Currently in Pakistan for few weeks and bought their 4G package with mifi device on 12th March.
Costed 5000 Rs. 3000 Huwaie device + 2000 for Package.
Today the device they gave me stopped charging and won't work. Brought it back to the center in Rawalpindi Cantt and they wanted me to go to another place on Sixth Road and get it fixed.

Tried to explain I bought this thing here and want Zong to fix it or replace it. They won't listen gave really weird explanation and the behavior of staff including manager was pathetic. Rather insulting and taunting.
Wonder any options I have to escalate it to their management.

Almost every company does fraud with their customers. I subscribed to voice bundle 500 worth Rs.500 zong package excluding taxes . The customer care person told me that I had to pay 598 rupees excluding Govt taxes. Then I subscribed to it. I actually paid approx. 800 rupees. A little amount of money remained as credit in my account. After a few days, when I dialed a number then zong asked me to recharge some amount of money. I contacted customer care person. He told me that I had to pay about 12 paisas for every call (hidden charges). Due to this fraud I decided not to use zong anymore. This is the whole story.

I am with you I bought their 4G WINGLE with same result. I ask them to replace it or take it back and issue full credit but no luck. What I will do take it back to US with me and try to unlock it and use it there if possible. At the same time asking help if someone can help to UNLOCK the ZONG WINGLE. I will greatly appreciate it.

Salam,
Appreciate your efforts. You can log the complaint through the b/m link of PTA site. The procedure is to first log the complaint through the given contact info of the company and as second step log through "Consumer Protection Directorate , PTA" (the second option in the given link). But i suggest not waste time in the first option. Plz keep posted about the update.

BTW got the issue fixed myself by just removing and putting the battery back later on that evening and issue fixed.
Didn't need to go to their 'service' center on Sixth road.
