Honorable Members advise me, how to get rid of Siasat.pk, Siasat.pk is destroying my professional life:(. I cannot concentrate on my work.:17:

Please share your personal experiences and how you solved this problem if you had.:please:​

if belong to Muslim family then I would like to suggest you that after every Salah ask ALLAH SWT to help you to keep away from things which make you confuse/ adduction. Give more time to those people who are near to you. Use internet for information. Make a daily basis timetable of your works on each day. For example...

You have daily 24 hrs. ( 6+8+1+3+5)
You must have sleep at least 6 hrs.
Time on work 8-12 hrs.
For personal internet usage not more then one hrs.
If you are unmarried then 2-3 hrs for friends/family
If you are married then rest of time for your totally personal life.

I am a scientist related to space research.I have to do work in computer.So all the time connected to internet and instead to concentrate in work , i got addiction of refreshing Siasat.pk every minute.
Now give advise.

regarding use of net during work .. your company had provide internet for work so don't use it for personal . its like a company mobile which you have to use only for your work. secondly during your work you should be honest with your work because company hire you for work and its pay you for work ,not for personal thing. it will be cheating if you use it personal. maybe your boss or supervisor may not know this but remember ALLAH SWT is watching you.

ALLAH SWT may show you right path for life. AMEEN.

It almost destroyed my professional life. Its extremely addictive and I've already received a warning. I tried to quit a couple of time for a couple of months but then I started visiting again. Dont know what to do. :(

I faced the same problem few months back when I was attending entrance test classes , I just gave the dongle to my sister and told her to hide it , What u need is to limitize urself , refresh only once every hour ,

1-Don't keep siasat.pk opened on browser ,
2-logout every time , and don't save password ,
so that u have to wirte password and username everytime u login ,

well i must say Jack you have ask absolute stupid question. I do not understand what is the addiction on this site, I don't see any addiction here I only use it to see some programmes that's it.

Hey I had the same problem but I fixed it . Once you have visited all the pages, DELETE THE TAB. Its working for me, no kidding.

After visiting different sections of this forum, dont leave siasat.pk opened to refresh it later, delete/close the tab or open a new website on it!
