Every one knows that both Mian Brothers (Nawaz & Shehbaz)got permanent residency in UK but they have not applied for British nationality yet. Permanent resident is just a long time visa to enter and leave UK without a stamp every time but it gives to almost same rights as UK nationals because of human rights law.

Its more likely that both NS and SS have secured a permanent residency through the investment in UK route - i think you could obtain this by investing a minimum of 1million for a certain period. I hear spain is offering a similar scheme to attract direct investment.

You can get permanent residency in many countries if you bring in money or investment above a certain limit.It won't be a surprise if Sharif brothers have permanent residency in UK.They laundered millions of pounds to overseas accounts and bought property and other businesses as an insurance policy.
