no one here claimed Muslims are achieving so much at this point of time .. but in past Muslims has ..

and that past is used by the 'muslims' for what good? I bet majority of muslims don't even know the names of these 'past scholars' let alone the details of their work. Thanks to these little documentaries that our 'cheetah' brothers have 'slaps' ready for the likes of Hassan Nisar.

people like Hassan Nisar try to show that Muslims have always been the scums and never achieved anything .. you should hear some of his interviews on youtube ..

I know and understand very well what HN conveys. Perhaps you should revisit the talks of HN and try to understand the point he is making repeatedly for sleeping lot. Sure he is not the type who would glorify some basic research work which if not continued is useless in reality. Instead he want us to realize how other nations focused on knowledge, made use of previous researches to benefit the humanity. He want us to realize what went wrong after that 'golden time' in more than 1000 years? Sadly his reality checks are too hard to swallow for us emotional folks. All we are good at is shooting the messenger instead of message. In your little filmi world a guy who drinks can never say a word of wisdom so just 'slap' him with 'past glory'.
