It all depends on which justice we are talking about. If its pakistani justice then we should not have any hope.....in pakistan the justice has no teeth or spine and the prosecutorial institutions are utterly incompetent and corrupt

Ajmal Pahari has had several cases decided in his favour and this is after his confessional videos appeared on youtube. Such is the incompetency of our courts

Well, i think it reflects more on the utter incompetence and politicization of the prosecutorial arm of the government which is responsible for acquittals of the accused than the ineffective judiciary. To convict you have to have a strong case built of evidence and witnesses - which given the lack of professionalism, resolve, corruption, fear, political interference etc is hardly ever possible in pakistan.

Not sure in a court of law how could you overcome "lack of evidence"? should we expect the judges go with their gut feeling about someone's guilt or innocence?

its easy to blame the judiciary for this mess but in my opinion they shouldn't be shouldering all the blame rather its the police and prosecution which should be taken to task......we all know how the police operate in the land of the pure, sigh!

please give us the source of this information about his business associates. he lived in London for so long without returning to Pak, what business interests could he have ? Do you mean his share of the Bhatta or the fact that he was running his own little show within MQM and Fatso in edgware could not take it anymore.
