Police should always have a friendly and helpful attitude. Over the years they have been incredibly "budthameez" misusing their power to intimidate the public.

if it is clear what is happening and to bring Law and order under control what needs to be done than you can take corrective steps.
e.g., police naakas and gusht is prevalent in punjab also but the policemen use this for extorting money and not for control or prevention of entry of criminals therefore this very effective measure goes to waste.

the performance of KPK CM is encouraging but he must ensure that these measures should be strictly monitored to bring peace in the troubled KPK.
