Sources have informed that the courts in Pakistan have complained about the police not assisting in investigating the Raymond Davis case as per their institutional duties.


The courts have passed their message to Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence Agency to officially assist the judiciary in prosecuting the CIA spy.


Davis has been charged for double murder of two Pakistanis in Lahore during broad daylight. A third, Obaid ur Rehman, was crushed to death by another US Consulate vehicle that was coming to his rescue.


Sources in the intelligence agency say the ISI has yet to formally pick up the case and start work. To be noted that when this happens, Davis will also be thoroughly prosecuted for espionage and terrorism.

Obama took a step which no President should take. He jumped a regular channel, which shows also that Davis was on extra ordinary mission. US did mistakes after mistakes. After incident you did not want to inform Pakistani Media that he worked for CIA in Pakistan. Obama should order US Embassy in Lahore to handover other 4 killers to Pakistan and other Spies should leave pakistan fast as possible.

Having a diplomatic passport does not earn you the immunity
It is a practice that former diplomats keep the passport under it is expires so do they all have immunity.

Immunity comes from the Agreema exchanged between the two countries for a specific period of time not from diplomatic passport.

Its all well and dandy. But let me ask questions to our armed forces command and other security appratus. How would you allow people like him on roads with weapons and other killers tools ? Some head should roll there for sure who allowed these mercenaries inside the country and gave murderers official Visas. Our army, Government and other agencies are also responsible for these two murders .

According to newspapers, he is singing like a bird.:) Info is gushing out of his mouth.

if he is kept under dtention for a coupple of months to come and strictly dealt with prevailing law of the land,i m sure he will break down and can provide extremly sensitive information which will help Pakistan. it shuld be better if ISI is given a chance to investigate him for few days. all will come out Insha Allah. he will be singing like INDIAN KOEL lata and things will come out automatically.
