Iran was trying to build a piple for gas and wanted Pakistan to pay for that also and the gas they were alsogoing to sell the gas at higher than market rate and eventualy the gas line was to sell gas to India at a cheaper rate than Pakistan! Well ARab countries are rich with oil money. Saudi arabia can never be rich with HAJ and umrah money It can only raise 16 billion dollars in taxes or fees. Only cities can be richer with that money not whole country. Who told you Saudi tax on haj and umrah belongs to all muslim? I never read it in islam, there is no taxes in islam on haj as we do not have islamic government states can implement their own tax regimes.
