BTW judges have less knowledge than any practicing lawyer because they don't do practice wherease a practicing lawyer is more touched with Law books that's why court ask the expert openions from Lawyers during the proceedings.
Basically it is waste of time explaining him
Some Judges may have less experience than some of the very senior judges but making a sweeping statement is just idiocy
and discussing this with him is like wasting your time and energies
Judges ask the case references of similar incidents so that they do not miss anything, in making their verdict
and their judgement is not limited to references given from two sides, they have their own knowledge too
Supreme Court judges are normally more qualified than a very handful of lawyers ..

If I don't say anything good for others but I don't give negative remarks for other all the time.
BTW I don't expect anything good from Nooras, PPP and the rest who are responsible for all this mess, then for what I should praise them. If you think they are good, then share anything good from them. For their more than 40 years, they hardly did 10% good for the country.
Plus, I always try to be in the middle. If criticise IK and PTI, I praise its good things as well. Not like you who always give negative remarks about it.

Though you didn't say it to me but again I will say you don't know about it.
Do you know what is selection criteria of judges of High Court and Supreme Court? If you find the answer of it, you will get your answer. But I am assuming that had you find, it wouldn't accept your mistake anyway.
Plus in many proceedings, mainly in special cases, judges usually ask expert opinions from lawyers during proceedings. Don't argue with me, just go and ask some lawyer.
And you call judges more qualified. It also shows your lack of knowledge about it because you don't know the selection criteria of judges in Pakistan and mind it, in SC the max judge are just 17 whereas practicing lawyers are in 100s and no handful would be qualified but a lot more than 17.
Still you are just answering using your thinking not on the bases of knowledge. Encounter me with knowledge not with just Rhetorics which is your usual style.

جوڈیشل کمیشن ایک انکوائری کمیشن تھا جس نے دھاندلی کے بارے میں فیصلہ دینا تھا اور اسکا فیصلہ دونوں پارٹیوں کیلیے بغیر کسی اگر مگر حتمی فیصلہ تھا
جوڈیشل کمیشن کے فیصلے کو کورٹ میں چیلنج کرنے والی بات کوئی بہت ہی عقل سے پیدل شخص کر سکتا ہے. یہ فیصلہ ایگریمنٹ میں شامل تمام پارٹیوں کیلیے حتمی فیصلہ ہے اور کسی بھی کورٹ میں چیلنج نہیں ہو سکتا ہے
مجھے معلوم نہیں تھا کہ میں کس شخص سے بحث میں الجھ گیا ہوں. اب احساس ہوگیا ہے اس لیے مزید وقت برباد کرنے کی بجائے اپنی بحث یہیں پر ختم کرتا ہوں

There are two ways to become High court judges:
1) Senior judges from Session Courts are promoted to High Courts
2) Lawyers with experience and good repute can be directly appointed in High Courts
Before you start talking about political affiliation,
I agree that political appointments used to be made in judiciary at high court levels
so no debate on that ..
Please don't indulge in unnecessary bickering, lets keep it simple.

یہ جو آج کل جتنے بھی سپریم کورٹ کے جج ہیں وہ سارے کے سارے انہی پارٹیوں نے پچھلی حکومتوں میں لگائے ہیں۔ بات ہی ختم ہوگئی۔

Last judge appointed on political basis was former CJ Dogar ...
