ضمانت منسوخی کا معاملہ،فوادچوہدری نے قوم کو مبارکباد دیدی

وفاقی وزیر قانون فوادچوہدری نے قوم کو مبارکباد دیدی ۔

اپنے ٹوئٹر پیغام میں انکا کہنا تھا کہ قوم کو مبارک ہو ! آج شہباز شریف کے کیس میں ضمانت منسوخی کی درخواست کو سماعت کیلئے منظور کر کے سوموار کو دلائل کیلئے مقرر کر دیا گیا ہے

فوادچوہدری کا کہنا تھا کہ انشاللہ سوموار کو ضمانت منسوخی پر فیصلہ آ جائے گا

واضح رہے کہ اس سے قبل حکومت نے شہباز شریف اور حمزہ شہباز کی عبوری ضمانت خارج کروانے کے لیے درخواست دائر کردی۔ اور عدالت سے شہبازشریف اور حمزہ شہباز کی قبل از گرفتاری کا 25 مارچ کا عبوری حکم منسوخ کرنے کی استدعا کی تھی۔

حکومت نے موقف اپنایا کہ شہباز شریف اور حمزہ شہباز عبوری ضمانت کا ناجائز فائدہ اٹھا رہے ہیں، عدالت 25 مارچ کا عبوری ضمانت کا حکم معطل کرے۔

یاد رہے کہ شہباز شریف اور حمزہ شہباز ایف آئی اے کے 2 مختلف کیسز میں ضمانت پر ہیں۔ایف آئی اے عدالت نے 4 اپریل تک شہباز شریف اور حمزہ شہباز کی عبوری ضمانت منظور کی تھی اور دونوں رہنما چار اپریل تک ضمانت پر ہیں۔
