آئندہ انتخابات میں الیکٹرانک ووٹنگ مشین کااستعمال ہوگا؟الیکشن کمیشن کاردعمل

الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان نے آئندہ انتخابات میں الیکٹرانک ووٹنگ مشینوں کے استعمال کے حوالے سے ردعمل دیتے ہوئے فوری طور پر کچھ بھی نہیں کہہ سکتے۔

خبررساں ادارے کی رپورٹ کے مطابق قومی اسمبلی کی قائمہ کمیٹی برائے قانون کا اجلاس چیئرمین ریاض فتیانہ کی زیر صدارت ہوا جس میں سیکرٹری الیکشن کمیشن نے گزشتہ روز مشترکہ اجلاس میں الیکٹرانک ووٹنگ مشینوں کے بل کے حوالے سے ردعمل دیا۔

سیکرٹری الیکشن کمیشن نے کہا کہ الیکٹرانک ووٹنگ مشینوں(ای و ایم ) کو آئندہ انتخابات میں استعمال کرنے سے قبل 3 سے 4 پائلٹ پروجیکٹس کرنا ہوں گے، انتخابات میں ای وی ایم مشینوں کیلئے چیلنجز کا سامنا ہے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ ہمیں آئندہ انتخابات میں ای وی ایم مشینوں کےاستعمال کیلئے ابھی 14 مراحل سے گزرنا ہوگا، ایک پولنگ اسٹیشن پر کتنی الیکٹرانک ووٹنگ مشینوں کی ضرورت ہوگی ابھی اس پر کام ہونا باقی ہے۔

اس موقع پر اجلاس میں شریک رکن کمیٹی عالیہ کامران نے نکتہ اٹھایا کہ جن علاقوں میں انٹرنیٹ کی سہولت موجود نہیں ہے وہاں یہ مشینیں کیسے کام کریں گی، بلوچستان کے دوردرا ز کےعلاقوں میں ویسے ہی ووٹ کم کاسٹ ہوتے ہیں وہاں کے لوگ ای وی ایم پر کیسے ووٹ کاسٹ کریں گے، کن کن علاقوں میں ای وی ایم مشینیں لگائی جائیں گی۔

سیکرٹری الیکشن کمیشن نے عالیہ کامرا ن کے ان سوالوں کے جواب میں کہا کہ فی الحال ہم ان سوالوں کے جوابات دینے کی پوزیشن میں نہیں ہے، یہ مشینیں آئندہ انتخابات میں استعمال ہوبھی سکیں گی یا نہیں ابھی اس بارے میں بھی کچھ نہیں کہہ سکتے۔

brother I am neither a youtheya nor a patwari, instructions from Jati Umra are wrong what about the sitting minister dictating the ECP staff proved by the report.

There will be no PTI govt when next general elections happen in 2023. It's the job of caretaker govt.

for your kind information, inhouse elections in the senate are done by the senate speaker and staff
ECP is not involved in this process
whoever that was a match fix between PPP establishment and PTI, it may be hard for you to accept
even then don't favour such acts
