I am amazed, what is such big deal about the bail!!!
In the West/UK when you are arrested first time, almost everyone except the violent criminals get bail with conditions. No big deals at all.
What is very different and Bizzare, how Nawaz as convicted criminal is getting bails from the High Court after sentenced!! In the UK the high court would never grant a bail to a criminal who is convicted. He has to go through the appeal procedure, and if he proves his case in the appeal, he would get release forever not just on bail.
What made it most bizzare and extraordinary that in the last grant of bail the IHC gone through the merit of his case/sentence, which was not their problem and jurisdiction in the bail request. Since then SCP has given a crushing verdict and directions against the decision of IHC conduct during the bail hearings.
But alas, that corrupt Judge Atherminallah is still a judge, he had no shame to retire.
