ایکسپریس نیوزکے مطابق سانحہ ماڈل ٹاؤن میں ملوث 6 پولیس افسران کوعہدوں سے برطرف کردیا گیا ہے۔ افسران میں معروف صفدر واہلہ ایس ایس پی آر آئی بی فیصل آباد، طارق عزیزایس ایس پی گوجرانوالہ، سید عبدالرحیم شیرازی ایس پی قصور، عمران کرامت کمانڈرلاہوررنگ روڈ پولیس، آفتاب احمد ایس پی مدینہ ٹاؤن فیصل آباد میں پرنسپل پولیس ٹریننگ اسکول فاروق آباد محمد ندیم بھی شامل ہیں۔


افسران کی برطرفی کا آئی جی پنجاب امجد جاوید سلیمی نے باقائدہ نوٹیفکیشن بھی جاری کردیا ہے جب کہ افسران کو سینٹرل پولیس آفس رپورٹ کرنے کا حکم دے دیا گیا ہے۔

The new PTI Government doesn't mess around. These murderers should have been dealt with 3 years ago but the PMLN protected them to protect themselves. Hopefully the Model Town victims will get justice soon.

That is not enough,there should be proper Justice n this case,few police officers should be hanged along with show baaz and Rana sana for the killing of 14 innocent people.

I am astonished that all of these SP and SSP level officers were either present at the scene or involved in Model Town.
