Why members who are banned allowed to post with other IDs?

Why members who are banned for violation of forum rules are allowed to post with different ID?

There isn't any mechanism to distinguish the identify of user identity.

If they ban IP addresses there won't be any PMLn supporters left caz most of them r run from same IP address even on internet they r master of rigging

I think banning an ID is just a formality, nothing serious as there are members who get banned and they come on forum with another back up ID. Currently there is one member who got about 3 IDs and he is making threads smoothly with all his IDs and bearing similar avatar. But here all seem good so far.

There are dozens of others who have difference of opinion, but it's not about that. If a member is banned for violation of forum rules, being abusive why he is allowed with different Id? It doesn't matter if Qalandari, patwari or someone from pti.

Well, i have only one ID but i use several IPs. So if i ever get banned would they ban all of my Possible IPs ? Those possibilities are fairly large. Plus i can always get a new cell number creating a new IP. If that gets banned then cancel that number and get a new cell number and viola another new IP
