TURKEY BROTHER of PAKISTAN - سیلاب متاثرین کی انوکھی امداد

پاکستان میں سیلاب سے متاثرہ افراد کی امداد کے بارے میں غیر ملکیوں میں بے یقینی کی صورتحال پائی جاتی ہے اور اکثر لوگوں کے ذہنوں میں یہ سول ابھرتا ہے کہ آیا یہ امداد حقدار تک پہنچ پائے گی یا نہیں۔
اس بے یقینی کو ختم کرنے کے لیے ترکی کے کچھ افراد نے صوبہ خیبر پختونخوا کے جنوبی ضلع ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان میں امداد کی فراہمی کا ایک انوکھا طریقہ اپنایا اور ایک گاؤں کے دو سو متاثرین میں چاول دینے کے بہانے ایک کروڑ روپے بھی تقسیم کر دیے۔
یہ واقعہ ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان شہر سے تیس کلومیٹر دور شمال مشرق میں واقع ضلع کیچ میں پیش آیا۔


مقامی لوگوں کا کہنا ہے کہ عید سے پہلے اُن کے شہر کے سابق ناظم کے پاس ترکی کے کچھ لوگ آئے اور انھوں نے متاثرہ افراد کی فرست طلب کی اور کہا کہ ان کے پاس کچھ چاول ہیں جو متاثرہ افراد کو دینا چاہتے ہیں۔
کیچ کے ایک متاثرہ شخص جمال دین نے بی بی سی کو بتایا کہ علاقے میں دو سو افراد کی ایک فہرست تیار کی گئی جو حالیہ سیلاب سے بری طرح متاثر ہوئے ہیں اور یہ فہرست ترکی سے آئے ہوئے افراد کو دی گئی۔
چند روز پہلے گاؤں کی مسجد میں پولیس کے پہرے میں ہر متاثرہ شخص کو شناختی کارڈ دیکھ کر پانچ کلو چاول اور ایک لفافہ دیا گیا۔ متاثرین نے امداد وصول کرنے کے بعد جب لفافہ کھولا تو ہر لفافے میں پچاس پچاس ہزار روپے تھے۔
