The difference in Starbucks displayed logos in Saudi Arabia versus the rest of the world suggests how desperate sometimes the American companies become to get a footstep into the Kingdoms market due to its large size, regardless of any regular business practice which stick to your brand is probably the most important..

In Jeddah, they use the normal logo:

Where as in Makkah and Madinah they use a modified logo:

Starbucks is desperate for business but what is wrong with the people who think they have to have their coffee, why?

The amount of sale at Al-Baik Madinah outlet is so much , that I think that one outlet has more sale in a day, than the entire KFC's in Karachi.

It took me almost 1 hour 35 minutes to finally get my order.:P

کے ایف سی یہاں ایک پرنس کے شیر کی وجہ سے چل رہی ہے اور ال بیک کسی عام سعودی کی ہے ، اس وجہ سے اسکو زیادہ آوٹ لیٹس کی اجازت نہیں ملتی ، یہاں ریاض میں تو بالقل بھی اجازت نہیں ، ہم لوگ بھی مکّہ جاکر کھاتے ہیں ، لوگ حرم شریف نماز کو نہیں جاتے مگر ال بیک کے کھلنے کا انتظار کرتے رہتے ہیں

It's worth the wait. The garlic sauce is awesome.
Although the prices have almost doubled since the last time i was there (2006).

Its price was SR 10 for half chicken since last 20 years, they recently raise one Riyal to SR. 11 for half chicken, not double.

Its price was SR 10 for half chicken since last 20 years, they recently raise one Riyal to SR. 11 for half chicken, not double.

Bro, I may be wrong with the old price (bad memory) ......;)
but now the half (4 piece) chicken is SR 12 + SR 1.5(PEPSI)+SR 0.5 Sauce=SR14
