now the second case is also going to IHC and they will be out
so all in all, judiciary is hand in hand now in corruption and just fooling the nation
only difference is that in the past, nation came to know early that they are being fooled
now it takes 3-4 years of drama before we come to know that we are being fooled

These courts is boot licking from the first day, when toopis want to topple any govt they use courts. The new Marshal law design is changed and took the form of judiciary. It's a very scary situation, the boots are controlling every aspect of whom will govern the country and whom not.
They need horses like khan and nawaz now and then, use their popularity to fulfill there desired results.
That's why I was against nawaz disqualification and against this decision.

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO
The Supreme Court did NO such thing.
ALL they said was the decision to grant bail by IHC is correct PENDING appeal
NO sentence was quashed or changed or dismissed
THE ONLY thing that was decided was that MNS and his daughter and her husband can stay on bail until the SCP hears the appeal against the NAB decision
NOTHING more
then our media as always is reporting it wrong

Oh Bhai Do not be misled.
Nawaz Shariff is NOT getting out of jail
He is sentenced in another case
SO this decision is MEANINGLESS
ALL that was decided was the bail in Avenfield Case was correct
PENDING APPEAL
The sentence in that case still stands as does the sentence for which he is currently in jail

Otherwise the IHC would have acted beyond its powers in granting bail when it could not be granted
Bail is and can be granted Pending appeal
If the court thinks fit OR the prosecution does not oppose bail pending appeal
The conviction still stands in Avenfield and in the case for which he is in Jail AND there is another appeal in the case in which he was found not guilty in Flagship Reference
Me also said many times..CJ was a big supporters of Shareef Mafias.. Check his records in LHC ..and also predicted before retiring he will gives a gift to Nawas Mafias..and he did this..Saqib all good works went in dust in his remaining life..
When he appointed Justice Ather as CJ of IHC..this news alarming from me..and also check the others judges who are new in this bench... check thiers past records against Shareef Mafias...
