PTI Central Executive Committee will decide to attend the MQM Jalsa at Lahore: Omer Cheema

A delegation of the MQM comprising Babar Ghauri and Raza Haroon visited the PTIs office today in Lahore and invited the PTI to participate in the public rally being held in Lahore by the MQM on April 10, 2011.

The Central Information Secretary of the PTI Omar Sarfaraz Cheema who was present on the occasion thanked the MQM delegation for visiting PTIs office and said it was the democratic right of the MQM to hold a public meeting in Lahore. The decision whether the PTI is to take part in the said meeting will however be taken in the meeting of the central executive committee of the party.
Ahsan rasheed president of the Punjab PTI was also present on the occasion.

I think a lot of people have'nt read it clearly. I'll try to rephrase it in simple words:
Babar Ghouri and Raza Haroon from MQM came to PTI Lahore office and invited them to attend the rally and PTI will 'consider' the offer.
Its not an alliance offer, its an invitation to join the rally just like PTI invited everyone including Jamat-ud-Daawa, JI etc to join the protest against Raymond Davis.
