They don't just beat them up,they main them,kill them,rape their women and torture them.There are no exact figures available but it is beleieve up to 80000 Kashmiris have been killed by Hindu army.Kashmiris don't want to be part of India.They were forced to be part of India.Your comparison with situation in Pakistan is flawed.People in Pakistan and other countries are beaten up by police but this is not a state policy.Police in Pakistan gets away with misconduct.In Kashmir genocide and torture is Indian state's policy so unless India stops the genocide more incidents of this nature will happen.
