i think he was talking about the Muslims living in european countries because he mentioned about back homes of the people sitting in front of him. and as far as his speech kum advice is concerned its very much in our own interest that we being the male, should definitely give time to our children coz a mother makes the children loveable and polite and father makes them strong enough to see the world with their own eyes without getting horrified of it....
