For last 10-15 years we could not select proper openers. Is this misbah's fault.
After Inzamam, Yousaf and Younis we don't have any middle order batsman.
Only reliable middle order batsman is misbah at this time. Youngsters are given chances but they have to prove their worth to take place of seniors.

At this time we don't have a proper first 4 batsman. Any youngster can make it up there. Many have been given chances but failed.
Some have been given more than they deserved due to parchi or safarash. e.g. farhat.
