I honestly have never come across anyone in Lahore - including pmln supporters, who think IK is anti-Punjabi. Maybe it’s the people I know but no one ever gets into Sindh v Punjab discussions anymore either

Punjabi don't have this sentiment at all. It is PMLN . media and now a days Najmi type have try to spread this.
Even in the strong-hold on PMLN like gujranwala , PTI/IK got 3o+% votes and got majority of votes among educated through central punjab. Those in TV screens cook up their own personal universes - no need to bother with them.
