no doubt... sprituality comes from heart... doing sajda, or kissing the floor, or bending down to show respect or love does no good to anyone.... they are just empty movements of the body and it sure is disappointing to see someone like him doing it...

Allah knows better. Our Deen don't support worship of deceased. The worst time in Islam was when Hazrat Ali was leading one Army and Amma Ayesha leading the other side in Jang E Jamal. Muslims martyred on both sides but no one claimed that I saw prophet Muhammad in my dream and he told me that Either Aba ul Hassan Radi Allah Anhum is right or Amma Ayesha Radi Allah Anhuma is right. Neither decided to go to our Prophet's grave to make decision. No doubt the only Deen acceptable is the one having source from Quran and Sunnah the one on which Sihaba Ridwan-ul-Llah Majmaeen acted in majority.

This is too much. Never thought that an educated man like him with western values now ends up like this. This is pure "Biddat" and may also be "Shirk". I'm disappointed as a PTI supporter. This lady has led him to believe that calling dead people for dua will make wonders for him. Similar to how hindus invoke idols. There is nothing personal life about this, his iman is weak and he believes that visiting these graves will brighten his chances , while he is not asking directly from ALLAH which is what our Prophet (SAW) taught us.

Pakistan is not an Islamic country. We dont have sharia laws. Lets get that straight first. And if oyu want to make it an islamic country, then pass a law forbidding all non-muslims from participating in politics. Then we can talk further.
But your reference to goldsmith sort of gives away your agenda, which obviously has nothing to do with Islam.

Do you have problem with Playboy image or his prostration? For me prostration except for Allah is indeed Shirk. BTW most of Pakistani people who belong to Brailvi and Shia sects are doing the same, what is your opinion about them or your concern is only regarding IK?

Pakistan has a confusing practice of allowing non-muslims in Parliament, but not in presidency or premiership. As I mentioned in another post, pass a law proclaiming that non-muslims cannot be parliamentarians, and then we can discuss the premiership issue further. Logically, anyone who is eligible for parliament shuold be eligible for prime ministership as well, even if a minority. Laws are made by the parliament as a whole, not by the PM. So not sure how a non-muslim PM would impact the 'islamicness' of Pakistan.

In any case, Pakistan is the least Islamic country I have seen in the world.

Naam my foot. Pakistan is the least islamic country one can think of. The dirtiest, the most corrupt. People cheat for a living, think its a part of the culture to defraud each other....Islam ka naam badnaam.

Until we fix the following issues, Allah will not be happy with us;

I agree with people here saying that this was actually not a sajda. It was basically kissing the door step out of respect. However it is still NOT a good act and should NOT be done. It looks bad even though I know Khan has good intentions in his heart.

I am sure you can share something from Islam to approve this kissing?

in constitution it is clear ....only illiterate or people with mental illness r exempt

What do yo define as an Islamic country? Dont give me the same old 'Islam kay naam pey bana'. Every possible vice exists in Paksitan, magnified 100 fold. Pakistanis have made Islam into a joke, a weapon, a tool, and use it accordingly.
