I remember you asked me to watch capital talk on 31st may, that was the very first time this issue was discussed and gained importance (that reminded me of memo gate)as soon as Ik talks about a conspiricy it becomes the most important thing in media, See the power of IK ;)
So yeah he gave his point of view, he tweeted his views on cj's suomoto action and him deciding to stay away from the case, Yesterday he gave another official detailed on the whole issue (I read it on Talaat's sachtv website)
PTI leadership had been on channels and giving their point of views.
IK is on his private holidaysas his kids have half term holidays and that was perhaps the only time he could spend time with them (did you watch cross fire? ).
For me the thing is he is not interfering unnecessarily in this issue, not giving out overaly exaggerated statements like pmln and ppp(who were the real friends and beneficiary of MR) and in my view its a good thing.
as far as allegations against IK are concerned regarding MR funding IK pindi jalsa, I don't see it as a huge issue if the funding was not directly to IK (but indirectly through various different means, maybe he was perhaps interested in having somesort of influence in pti ranks even if not directly to pti leadership because of his power hungry nature, then its stupid to balme IK for that).
Haroon rasheed has clarified this saying he had warned IK to stay away from this man, so I doubt MR was ever too important to IK.
You still think that PTI should be more involved in this case? The response so far is not enough?
and about this javed ch, I had exactly the same feelings as you, his way of talking is very unattractive to me (now i don't want to go in details of that) and I would only go and watch his programme if he has done a very important show, e.g. with IK or hassan nissar or there was a show on streets on rawalpindi, i always like to know the people's response on street.
One thing I have noticed is that PTI is conspicuously quiet on this issue - or did I miss something?
I never liked this guy JC - and after this column my hunch about him was right. This shows his true nature - I don't mind what he said about others but just the sycophantic praises - oh my! Is he for real - he is concerned about a few thousand hungry people - when people like this idiot MR are ruining this country and its people....if this is what the thinkers of the nation would have to say about the issue then the doom and gloom scenario is not off the mark. We are doomed - I am losing hope fast.
