He is right. As a matter of fact 70 percent of all voters (regardless which party they vote for) are idiots who do not vote on issues but on slogans/promises/religion/biradarism/regionalism/being paid in cash etc etc. There is no concept on voting for merit in Pakistan's democracy. W. Churchill rightly said "The biggest argument against Democracy is a five minute conversation with the average voter".

if majority punjab has been responsible for rise of nawaz sharif, then definitely the majority is short sighted, ignorant and responsible for plight of this nation that we are hitting rock bottom after 70 yrs. Lets not forget punjab has been governed by this family for 30 + yrs.

Pakistan has become laughing stock for the whole world when it comes to its politicians. And list doesn't end with sharifs. There's a huge list of these alpha families in pakistan who screw whole pakistan as if whole nation is their HAREM. Its yet another sign of this idiocracy that majority has no issue being laughing stock for world, but get offended with suggestions that majority is bewakoof for choosing likes of sharifs.
