Shahbaz Sharif is running around but like a chicken with head cut off. There is no direction to his efforts. Most of his efforts are to gain fame, there seems to be no vision. A true leader does not have to run around. He makes a team and deligate responsibilities. MR. Sharif has shown lack of trust. He has kept most of the ministries to himself. He would think that he can show better results that way, but you can see the results. Best example of his mismanagement is the month long doctor's strike. If he had empowered his team such scenarios would never develop. So I totally disagree with whoever thinks that he is a good administrator.
