Europeans do not give that much importance to religions and ideas. They give importance to human beings. When they criticize your religion which is an idea, and Muslims respond with violence against other human beings, that proves their point that Muslims are violent.

There are a million and one non violent and aggressive ways to protest if you must, our PM highlighted this issue in his UN speech, recorded his protest to the Dutch govt last year and you as an individual can for example boycott Dutch products, write to the Dutch mission and embassies near you in a respectful manner how this hurts and offends you and you have decided to boycott all dutch products and services etc etc so on and so forth.

To be honest, this is not too important to them. Those who are hostile to Islam are the very same who are and have been hostile to Christianity.

This isn't really rocket science. What Wilders is doing comes under hate speech and he's doing this to provoke and hurt the feelings of Muslims.

This isn't different than if someone was to mock holocaust and the sufferings of Jews.

The reason this is allowed is because Muslims are the weakest group today. In countries where we have power, we have puppets of West. So we don't really have a voice and public protests and attacks on individuals is what happens when leaders don't represent the emotions of their people.
