Im not disputing the numbers, nor am I doubting that it might hit 5bn. I was referring to your point about the money being injected into Pakistan's economy. Please read up on what happens in such stake sales.

The same thing as what happens in the the privatisation of companies. Stake sales bring in funds for the govt, not the public.
Now if you can shed light on when was the last time a privatisation or bandwidth sale invigorated the economy and how it created jobs, I would be enlightened. Otherwise if you simply want to rejoice on another ribbon cutting ceremony, then go for it.
