Whatever....even if I believe you, there is no justification of a law maker physically assaulting that person. Even in western countries, you are allowed to swear back if someone swears at you but you CANNOT start beating that person up!

Nope. This is a criminal offense. If we want rule of law, then it should be dealt with accordingly. Remember we are talking about a Law Maker not an ordinary person. Since the police is useless, there should be some action taken against him by the party. Letting this get away with an 'apology' is a very very bad precedent that other will surely wont mind following. Also, remember this guy had no remorse and was putting the blame on the victim in his video message. He only apologized because of social media pressure and show cause notice.

Do you think a mpa just went out of his way to get out of his car and beat up some random person for no reason at all?.....I don't think this guy is forced or not but the incident story is probably true.

Yes, the story is probably true and what this MPA should have done was to defuse the situation and call the police if there was a criminal offense by either one of the other guys. Instead, he decided to test his newly gained power.

He is not the law and he has no right to physically assault someone, regardless of what the other person was saying.

If the so called victim doesn't want to pursue the issue.Who are we to do so?......
In such cases Police themselves become the "mudai" or complainant and file an FIR but Sindh Police is useless that won't happen
So I suggested at the very least at least party disciplinary action from the Party in the other thread and people lost their fekin' minds over it.

Are you retarded?
what country do you live in?
even in west if two parties agree to defuse the situation themselves then the law considers the matter resolved
stop speaking from your ass and making shit up

I can abuse you better than you can. So watch your language. You have a habit of speaking like this in most of your posts. You should come out of whatever hole you live in. Dont worry about me. I know what I'm talking about.

You obviously have no knowledge of the law. Even if the victim decides not to press charges, the state can still do so in its own 'mudiyat'. This is what happens in western countries. Sindh police is useless so it wont happen.
